As a ServiceNow developer, I have grown the thoroughly enjoy the platform and all of the opportunities it has provided me to develop some great solutions and grow my skills. As an IT professional who entered the ServiceNow space later in my career, I grow worried that I, along with many other ServiceNow developers are developing ourselves into a career corner where the skills we are gaining, while valuable within the ServiceNow space, will go unrecognized and unappreciated by those hiring outside the ServiceNow space. This could provide to be a long-term liability for those who have build a career decades long within the ServiceNow space. This project is seeks to bridge the understanding gap between the ServiceNow space and the traditional IT space by mapping ServiceNow specific skill to those recognized by by the traditional IT professionals.
